Oyster Card
What is Oyster?
Oyster is London's travel smartcard. You can put your Travelcard or Bus Pass season ticket on it, add travel value (cash) to pay as you go or have a combination of both. Oyster Cards are also reusable.
Who can get an Oyster Card?
- Adults
- Holders of 16 - 17 photocards,
- Holders of New Deal photocards,
- Under 16s
- 18+ students
Can use Oyster Card on:
- Tube and National Rail Stations
- Buses
- Docklands Light Railway
- Trams
Can get the Oyster Cards from:
Adults can order, renew and top up their Oyster card at our Oyster online shop. Customers can also visit a variety of TfL outlets or call the 24 hour Oyster salesline on 0870 849 9999.
