The Development
Woolwich Green was launched in March 2006 by a special guest, celebrity interior designer Gordon Whistance of TVs “Changing Rooms” and “Trading Up” programmes. Gordon hosted a series of design workshops on the day offering helpful tips to first time buyers on how to furnish their new home. Over 150 people attended the launch.
The first apartment building completed at Woolwich Green was Hale & Bagley. All the apartments were reserved within two months and the new residents were able in move in June 2006. Three months later and Woolwich Green saw the second apartment building Bailey House all sold and occupied.
